I was first introduced to the power of Sanskrit Mantra at during a 200-hour training in 2014. Listening and reciting these mantras centered my mind and allowed me to experience peace in the present moment. As a classically trained singer, this type of meditation fully resonated with me. Mantra meditation and crystal bowl sound healing has become an intrical part of my practice and teaching.
